To commission a custom piece of art, we'll start with a conversation about your vision, including the desired size, content, and style of the artwork. Once we've agreed on the details, a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to initiate the commission process. This deposit ensures commitment and allows me to begin work on your piece. Damaged Orders
If your order is damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please contact me immediately at kapgalleryart@gmail.com with images of the damaged package and product. These images are necessary for us to dispute the damage with the carrier’s insurance and to process your claim efficiently.Some orders may be fulfilled through third-party vendors or partners to ensure efficient processing and delivery. Yes, I do offer payment plans. A deposit of an agreed-upon amount can secure a particular piece. From there, payments can be made at your discretion through my website shop or common cash transfer apps. However, if there is no response from you for a total of 1 year after at least two attempts of contact, the full amount of deposits and payments will be forfeited. Please note that after any deposit or payment is made, there are no returns.
